BOXTUNITY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

Welcome to Boxtunity.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Boxtunity website, Early Access program, products, services, communications, and future purchasing services.

By accessing or using this website, submitting an Early Access form, or purchasing a Boxtunity product or service when sales become available, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. ABOUT BOXTUNITY

Boxtunity provides curated business starter packages designed to help individuals explore, launch, and develop small product-based businesses.

Depending on the selected offering, a Boxtunity may include products, inventory, packaging materials, branding elements, marketing materials, business-related resources, and other components.

Boxtunity offerings may include:

  • Basic Boxtunity starter collections
  • Mini Boxtunity inventory refills
  • Build Your Own Boxtunity custom projects
  • Other products or services introduced in the future

Boxtunity provides tools and products intended to help customers get started. Boxtunity does not operate the customer’s business on their behalf and does not guarantee business success, sales, revenue, or profit.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to purchase Boxtunity products or services.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have legal authority to enter into the transaction.

3. EARLY ACCESS

Boxtunity may allow prospective customers to join an Early Access, waitlist, founding list, or similar pre-launch program.

Joining an Early Access list:

  • Does not constitute a purchase.
  • Does not guarantee product availability.
  • Does not reserve inventory unless explicitly stated.
  • Does not guarantee a particular launch date.
  • Does not obligate you to purchase.
  • Does not obligate Boxtunity to offer a particular product or category.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no payment is required to join the Early Access list.

Early Access participants may receive launch announcements, product information, surveys, invitations, promotional offers, or priority opportunities.

4. PRODUCT IMAGES AND EXAMPLES

Images, mockups, illustrations, sample boxes, product arrangements, and photographs displayed on the Boxtunity website may be used to demonstrate the type, style, concept, or potential assortment of a Boxtunity.

Unless expressly identified as an exact product listing, these images should be considered illustrative examples.

Actual products may vary in:

  • Style
  • Color
  • Pattern
  • Finish
  • Size
  • Material
  • Packaging
  • Branding method
  • Manufacturer
  • Assortment
  • Availability

The exact assortment may depend on the Boxtunity category, supplier availability, product costs, minimum order quantities, shipping limitations, and other sourcing considerations.

5. PRODUCT QUANTITIES

Certain Boxtunity collections may advertise an approximate or specified number of products, styles, sets, pairs, or components.

For example, a collection may be described as containing:

150 pieces • 25 styles • 6 pieces per style

Where a specific quantity is guaranteed, it will be identified in the applicable product description or order confirmation.

Some categories may contain fewer physical products because individual items are larger or more expensive.

Other categories, such as bracelet bars, charms, craft collections, or personalization businesses, may contain hundreds of individual components rather than a fixed number of finished products.

The applicable product listing controls the quantity included in each Boxtunity.

6. PRODUCT SELECTION

Basic Boxtunity collections are curated by Boxtunity.

Unless the applicable product description specifically provides customization options, purchasing a Basic Boxtunity does not give the customer the right to select every individual product, design, style, color, or manufacturer.

This curated model helps Boxtunity maintain affordable starter pricing and manageable inventory quantities.

Customers seeking greater control over their product assortment may consider a Build Your Own Boxtunity project.

7. BRANDING

Certain Boxtunity packages include branding materials.

Depending on the package, branding may include:

  • Logo stickers
  • Product labels
  • Thank-you cards
  • Product cards
  • Packaging inserts
  • Tags
  • Branded bags or pouches
  • Other suitable branding materials

The exact branding method depends on the merchandise, quantity, supplier requirements, available space, manufacturing minimums, and cost of the applicable Boxtunity.

8. PACKAGING

Packaging varies according to the type and quantity of merchandise, available box space, supplier minimums, product requirements, and the overall cost of the Boxtunity.

To keep starter Boxtunity packages affordable, some merchandise may be supplied in simple protective packaging.

For example, an item may be placed in a clear or decorative plastic bag with a customized brand sticker rather than a custom-manufactured fabric pouch, printed bag, or individual retail box.

Other products may use:

  • Plastic packaging
  • Cardboard boxes
  • Kraft boxes
  • Product cards
  • Pouches
  • Protective wrapping
  • Stickers
  • Labels
  • Tags
  • Inserts

Premium or custom-manufactured packaging may be used when product quantities, supplier minimums, costs, and available space allow.

Not every individual product is guaranteed to receive custom-manufactured packaging.

Our objective is to provide a cohesive and professional branded presentation while maintaining practical startup inventory and pricing.

9. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED BRANDING

Customers may be permitted to submit business names, logos, designs, colors, slogans, or other branding materials.

By submitting such materials, you represent that:

  • You own them or have permission to use them.
  • Their use does not violate another person’s trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Boxtunity may use the materials as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order.

Boxtunity is not responsible for conducting trademark clearance or determining whether a customer’s proposed business name or logo infringes third-party rights unless such a service is expressly purchased.

Customers are responsible for protecting and registering their own trademarks and intellectual property.

10. PRICING

Prices displayed on the website are stated in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

Boxtunity may modify pricing at any time before an order is placed.

For example, a Basic Boxtunity may be advertised at $299.99, while custom projects may have different minimum investment requirements.

Prices may change due to product costs, sourcing costs, freight, currency fluctuations, supplier pricing, taxes, or other business conditions.

A price change will not retroactively change an already accepted and paid order unless the customer agrees to the modification.

11. BUILD YOUR OWN BOXTUNITY

Build Your Own Boxtunity is a customized service for customers who want greater control over their business concept, product assortment, branding, or inventory.

Custom Boxtunity projects may begin at $2,000 or another minimum displayed at the time the project is requested.

The final price depends on factors including:

  • Product category
  • Product quantities
  • Product costs
  • Supplier minimums
  • Branding requirements
  • Packaging requirements
  • Customization
  • Shipping
  • Project complexity

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party to proceed.

Specific project terms, pricing, deliverables, payment schedules, and timelines may be provided separately before a custom project begins.

12. MINI BOXTUNITY REFILLS

Mini Boxtunity products may allow existing customers to replenish inventory without purchasing another complete starter collection.

Availability of a previous product or style is not guaranteed.

Supplier collections, inventory, pricing, colors, designs, and manufacturing availability may change.

If an original product is unavailable, Boxtunity may offer a comparable replacement where appropriate.

Mini Boxtunity quantities and pricing may vary by product category.

13. BUSINESS RESULTS AND EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Boxtunity may provide examples of:

15. INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OWNERS

Purchasing a Boxtunity does not create a franchise, employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, distributorship, or other business relationship between Boxtunity and the customer unless separately agreed in writing.

Customers operate their businesses independently.

Boxtunity does not control how customers market, price, manage, or operate their independent businesses.

16. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When purchasing becomes available, customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Boxtunity reserves the right to reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors
  • Product unavailability
  • Payment failure
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Misuse of the service

Payment terms will be displayed during checkout or provided in the applicable custom-project agreement.

17. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping availability, charges, estimated delivery periods, and geographic restrictions will be provided during checkout or in the applicable product description.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delays may occur because of circumstances including manufacturing, customs, carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, or other events outside Boxtunity’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

18. TAXES, DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES

Depending on the destination and order structure, taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, or other governmental charges may apply.

Whether these charges are included in the purchase price will be disclosed where applicable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for taxes or governmental charges legally imposed on their purchase.

19. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged-item claims are governed by the Boxtunity Refund & Returns Policy applicable at the time of purchase.

Customized, personalized, branded, specially sourced, or custom-manufactured products may be subject to different cancellation and return restrictions because they may not be suitable for resale to another customer.

Customers should review the applicable Refund & Returns Policy before purchasing.

20. MARKETING MATERIALS

Boxtunity may provide marketing templates, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, educational materials, or other resources with certain packages.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are provided to help customers market the products associated with their Boxtunity.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their own advertisements, representations, pricing, promotions, and business activities comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Boxtunity name, logo, website, original graphics, written content, designs, business materials, and other Boxtunity-created intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Boxtunity and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a Boxtunity does not transfer ownership of Boxtunity’s trademarks or other intellectual property.

Customers may not reproduce, copy, imitate, distribute, or commercially exploit Boxtunity proprietary materials except as expressly authorized.

22. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Introduce malicious software.
  • Scrape or harvest information improperly.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Interfere with website operation.
  • Use Boxtunity intellectual property without authorization.

We may restrict access when necessary to protect the website, customers, or business.

23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Boxtunity may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, email, shipping, fulfillment, advertising, and other business operations.

Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boxtunity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, products, business decisions, lost business opportunities, lost profits, or inability to use the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

25. NO WAIVER OF CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict rights that consumers cannot waive under applicable law.

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to you, that mandatory law will control to the extent of the conflict.

26. FORCE MAJEURE

Boxtunity will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, labor disruptions, epidemics, government actions, customs delays, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, or major supplier interruptions.

27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Boxtunity may update these Terms periodically as our business, products, or legal requirements change.

The revised version will display a new Last Updated date.

The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Boxtunity, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply based on the customer’s jurisdiction.

Before launch, Boxtunity should insert its legal entity name, governing jurisdiction, and appropriate dispute-resolution provisions here.

29. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
